The Website has been established to give you information about our company, services and systems. You may enter the Website and browse its contents without submitting any Personal Information (as defined below).  However, if you are interested in learning more about us, the Website will give you the ability to submit inquiries which may require you to submit “Personal Information” such as your name, e-mail address, physical address and other information that can be used to directly identify you. When you submit Personal Information to us via an e-mail or through our Website, you are giving your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Further, the website has been established to provide certain optional Services as described in the Terms of Use incorporated by reference herein. If you have provided utility and other third party user log-in credentials to access such Services in the site, you hereby acknowledge that by providing or entering any such credentials, you are granting permission to us to utilize those credentials to acquire your utility invoices and associated data to be used solely to provide our Services.

Additionally, I acknowledge and agree that if I provide log-in credentials through the Services to access third-party websites and services, including but not limited to utility providers such as electric and natural gas suppliers, the following will apply: (i) we do not make any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the appropriateness, accuracy, suitability, quality, availability or completeness of any information, data or services provided by such third-party website(s); (ii) we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third-party companies or for any information, services, data or content they may provide; (iii) the links to the third-party websites are provided for your information and convenience only and are not an endorsement of those third-party companies or the content of their websites; and (iv) we will collect, store, use or analyze such log-in credentials and associated data solely for the purposes of providing the Services and for no other purpose.

Uses and Sharing of Information

We will use your Personal Information that we collect to (1) respond to your inquiries; (2) inform you of information and news about our company (including affiliates) and services and (3) otherwise communicate with you if necessary.  You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from further emails in any promotional messages we send you.

If you eventually engage us to provide our services or otherwise license and utilize any of our technologies (including the Services), you may be required to provide additional Personal Information as well as non-personal information (such as business information, utility usage information and utility account information). Your California Privacy Rights

Under certain circumstances, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 states that, upon receipt of a request by a California customer, a business may be required to provide detailed information regarding how that business has shared that customer’s personal information with third parties for direct marking purposes. However, the foregoing does not apply to businesses like ours that do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes without prior approval.
